Services: Family, Business and Personal Disputes

Whether it’s your life partner, your business partner, your customer or your neighbor on the other side of the dispute, mediation can help keep the peace as everyone works toward a mutual goal. You started your relationship with trust; mediation can help you end it the same way.

Family Mediation can address everything from divorce to disinheritance to parent/child disputes to trusts and estates issues to family run business matters.

In Personal Disputes outside the family arena, mediation can address:

  • real estate purchase claims – defects discovered after the purchase, disputes with your agent, and lender and title problems;
  • landlord/tenant problems – failures to pay rent, unauthorized tenants,  failures to repair defects,   evictions, and trespassing;
  • property ownership issues –  fence line and boundary disputes, rights of way and easements, common road maintenance agreements,  noise, dust and other nuisances, encroachment, trespassing, damage to trees and shrubbery, and view easements;   and
  • business/breach of contract disputes – home improvement and remodel projects, professional service agreements, “Lemon Law” cases, sales of goods contracts, business and partnership disputes, and many more.

So if the problem is one in need of a solution everyone can live with, whether or not a case is filed in the court, mediation fits the bill. Learn more…
